Governance

Initially, Angelo's governance will be managed by a multisignature wallet structure maintained by a trusted group of Angelo's core contributors and contributing entities. The proposed design of our v2 contract will focus on security against perceived attack/exploit vectors, while preserving sovereignty over open positions.
