Our fee structure is designed to support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our platform, ensuring a robust and efficient trading environment for all users. Below, we detail the fees associated with trading, withdrawals, deposits, token purchases, and our various services including market-making, listing, launchpad services, and token promotion.

Trading Fees

Trading on our platform incurs a fee, segmented into tiers based on your $ANGEL holding, the volume of assets, and your 30-day trading volume. Our maker and taker fees are structured as follows, along with the 24-hour withdrawal limits:

• Level 1: For <$100 in $ANGEL holding and <$100,000 in assets with a 30-day volume of <$250,000. Maker and Taker fees are 0.075%, with a 10,000,000 withdrawal limit.

• Levels 2 to 5: Offering progressively lower fees for higher $ANGEL holdings and trading volumes. Level 5, for instance, provides zero maker fees for those with ≥1000 in $ANGEL holding, under 100,000 in assets, and over 10,000,000 in 30-day volume, with a 0.050% taker fee.

Withdrawal and Deposit Fees

A standard fee of 1% is applied for both depositing and withdrawing funds from the exchange.

Token Purchase Fee

A fee of 0.2% is charged on the output token amount once the token is settled.

Listing Services

Market-Making and Liquidity Provision

Fees are project-dependent, tailored to support the unique needs of each new listing and liquidity provision.

New Listing Fee

An initial charge of 3500 listing + 5000 USDT for liquidity. Currently, listings are FREE, with only the liquidity requirement.

Launchpad Services (Primary Market)

We offer comprehensive Initial Token Offering (ITO) services, including smart contract development, tokenomics design, treasury management guidance, and whitepaper creation. Fees for these services are project-based, with an additional campaign management fee of 0.2% of the output token amount once settled. Options to supplement payment with a percentage of the token supply are available.

Token Promotion

On-Platform

Fees apply for running token giveaways through our Rewards Center, providing exclusive access to our drop/leaderboard page for specified periods.

Off-Platform

We leverage partnerships to enhance token release visibility, offering services such as press releases, social media visibility, and focused online ads. Pricing is bespoke, tailored to meet specific project needs.
